Open help for the selected element

Find guidance for the component and the behaviors attached to it.

Before you begin

• An open page in the HTML Editor with the relevant element selected.

Select the element

Select an element in App Structure or Design view, then open Properties. The available help depends on the selected component and its containing behaviors.

Open selection help

Click the question-mark button in the Properties toolbar. If several guides apply, choose one from the global context menu; if there is one guide, it opens directly.

Choose the feature you need

For a table cell inside a repeat, the menu can include table settings, repeating rows and data formatting. Choose the task guide for a procedure, or the component reference for a specific setting. Select a different element when you need help for another part of the page.

Check your result

The selected help opens the relevant guide while preserving the component’s own help entry.
