Before you begin
Section titled “Before you begin”- An open, running page in the HTML Editor that can generate the request you want to inspect.
Generate the request
Section titled “Generate the request”Open Network in Page Panels, then reload the page or trigger the data component once. Match the request to the action you expect, rather than inspecting an unrelated request.
Enable XHR
Section titled “Enable XHR”Enable XHR in the Network toolbar and turn off other resource filters to isolate this group. It includes XHR, Fetch, EventSource and WebSocket requests, so it is broader than conventional XMLHttpRequest alone.
Inspect the response
Section titled “Inspect the response”Expand the relevant request. Read Status first, then Body when a JSON response is available. If no request appears, check the component action and trigger; changing the filter does not start a request.
Check your result
Section titled “Check your result”You can find the request for the data action and inspect its returned status.
