Resource Manager Actions and Resources Reference

Introduction

Find the selected node type in these tables to see the actions Resource Manager exposes. Actions appear only when they are valid for that provider, resource, platform, and current state.

Global and Properties toolbars

The main toolbar handles tree-wide work; the Properties toolbar handles the selected operational resource.

Server and local machine context actions

Provider servers emphasize provider-safe inspection and access. Local/legacy server entries expose the local Docker machine lifecycle directly.

Service actions

A new service can be removed before deployment; an existing service exposes operational terminal and destruction actions.

SSH key and agent actions

Local key availability and remote authorization are separate, complementary steps.

Common tree actions and safety

Rename changes a supported selected label or definition. Delete/Remove requests resource removal. Refresh reloads the selected branch. Open In Editor opens the owning compose or configuration file. Destructive provider and Docker operations require confirmation; verify scope, backups, dependencies, credentials, costs, and active workloads first.

Action	Rule
Rename	Check references and generated names before committing.
Delete / Remove	Confirm whether this deletes the provider resource, Docker resource, or only its Wappler definition.
Refresh	Use after external/provider changes or stale state.
Open In Editor	Use for advanced configuration while preserving valid compose structure.
F5	Refreshes the active selection context.
Delete key	Requests deletion for a supported selected node.
